How do I know a song is not appropriate for Scratch?
Are love songs inappropriate? Can I use songs with swear words? What if the song has bad words but has a good meaning? What if a song has no bad words but has a bad meaning? Will I get reported if I use a song that can be offensive to people who are watching my project?

Could an 8-year-old listen to it? If no, then don't use it. Are love songs inappropriate? Can I use songs with swear words? What if the song has bad words but has a good meaning? If you are seeing this, you've found my old signature because my banner isn't loading for some reason. It is most likely due to your system admin blocking cubeupload, or because it simply hasn't loaded yet. Comment ‘null5’ on my profile to show you found the secret.

What about the 8-year-old who's deaf? Then I can't use anything.

That's not what they mean. They mean would the song be appropriate for a 8-year-old to listen to as all projects should be appropriate for all ages (8 is used as the benchmark commonly). Could an 8-year-old listen to it? If no, then don't use it.

fully bleep out swear words. send the bleeped out lyrics to ChatGPT and ask is it safe for an 8 yr old.
dont just say “dont ban evade” or “wrong topic” for a question. answer it, and THEN tell them that this is the wrong topic or not to ban evade. giving just “rejected” and putting the college essay that is TOLORS is not enough. Explain! dont just use ctrl-c ctrl-v! even if it is not what some people want, explain the rejection! answer the question! the forums are not a place to repeat others, they are a place to innovate! anyway who wants to minimod?
scratchers on the forums from 10-500 posts have at most, a 7 short sentence span for replies. if you cant keep your posts in this range, then dont act suprised when someone asks for simplified version
