An X-Men project shouldn't be bland and uninteresting. Especially if it has the New Mutants.

Wish they’d adapt characters from 1610 instead of just ideas. Other than Miles of course.

Or the suggested “The Mutants”

Since that's to similar to the New Mutants, and that's a different team.

I think that's actually what Stan Lee originally wanted to name them, but the publisher thought it sounded “gross” and that kids wouldn't know what a “Mutant” was, so Stan came up with “X-Men”. I feel like it would also be confusing to do that since a “mutant” could be referring to any Mutant, not necessarily on the X-Men

Spoilers for X-Men ‘97:

Okay, so I liked the third episode, but the whole clone plot was… unnecessary. It was convoluted, and since we don’t know when this happened or which memories Jean lost, it got very confusing. Also it got really hard to tell the Jeans apart and remember which was the original one and had which memories. Also it felt like another entry in the tired series of “Jean is evil now and the X-Men must fight her”

I really think they handled the clone thing very well. that comic was messed up. and can't wait for what comes next. I was sceptical of this series at first, but it might overthrow the old show. also, cyclops is cool now??
