I think this is pretty self-explanatory.
right now, scratch shops find themselves in the requests forum.
my idea is to add a separate forum that will give anyone new to scratch shops a much easier time looking for shops.

Actually I'm pretty sure it is. "Looking for something? Want to offer your skills to others?" That seems to fit what's in it pretty well. The shops are offering skills to other people, it just seems different because of how they're set up. Instead of a new topic created for every request, there are different ‘shops’ to get the request.

If there was just another forum for shops solely, I don't think anyone would then use the Requests forum, since that's really the only thing there. Which is fine, because it in fact does fit the category.
