So basicly when the start strats it makes 20 islands, the frist just appres in radom but the other must touch a island to spawn, however they dont care about that sometimes and it really hursts my fellesings

Possible issue:

Scratch does a lot of rounding with very long decimals. Normally, the change is so little that it doesn't matter. However, when you multiply the rounded values by 100000000000, you're amplifying the changes or imperfections by that amount. So, the island could be positioned right, but then you could be putting an inaccurate value into the list.

no i alreadt have testeed that, tath part of the code works fine, ive used that systeme for a white (the .0000000001 sysyeeme) and its works fine, antone order dideas?

Really not a good idea to do this though and it seems totally unnecessary.
