Scary Warning For Horror Game

Hello! I have put together a team to create a horror game on Scratch. I wanted to ask a few questions before we got too involved though, just to ensure that we won't be punished after all of our hard work and time.

Is a horror game that will be pretty scary okay if we add a warning before the game?

What would be considered too scary for Scratch? And is anything scary allowed on Scratch if specified clearly before the game? I.e. Jumpscare warning, Flash warning, etc.

a warning will not do anything, a jumpscare warning won't change if it is bad. jumpscares are not allowed

1. No jumpscares.
2. No gore.
3. No realistic weapons.
4. No blood.
5. Don't make any part of the project offensive or scary (including the backstory if there is one, or like a man killed children and here we are in a pizza place).
6. You can, but probably stay away from adding flashing lights.

Note: You can NOT evade these terms with a warning, Scratch is meant to be suitable for all ages.
