Good question! In some shops, yes, but not necessarily all. If you have too many orders, or orders that your staff cannot complete, copy-and-paste the order and post it here! Make sure that it is something that we can do here, though. Please check the ‘products’ page of this shop to find out which types of orders we take. Thank you!

any thoughts: The aesthetics of the shop were lovely. There was no definite order form at the time I ordered, and few products whose abbreviations I didn't get. (that's on me)

customer service: 10/10
any thoughts: It was great

service speed: 10/10
any thoughts: My order was completed quite fast!

product quality: 10/10
any thoughts: I just LOVED it!! Thank you <3

shop's management: 9/10
any thoughts: There's staff in your staff list but only the owner (@iiucandyfloss) is active. I'd recommend to keep the usernames of your inactive staff in another list.

positive thoughts: Loved the order, the customer service was great, and your shop aesthetics are awesome!

negative thoughts: none!

tips to improve: I haven't checked if either of these four points have already been implemented, so kindly go about it accordingly
1. Please include full forms of your product names for people like me who don't get it
2. If there are products you can do better than the others, define them with bold colors or something like that. Update your product list (add/subtract) according to your personal best creations.
3. Do add a definite order form.
4. I'd recommend to keep the usernames of your inactive staff in another list.

Don't worry! Our shop is aesthetic-ish, but anyone can apply, and I mean anyone, as long as they have the commitment, ability and time to do so!
We would be extremely happy to have you, a very talented artist, in our shop. The aesthetic thing is kind of just to make it look pretty, not like a hierarchy of aesthetic and non-aesthetic.
