I did struggle with Rockers 2 when I wasn't doing a Superb run for it
those gosh darn R button strums

When I was done, the game would just tell me that “That performance didn't really gel.” and I would back out to the home menu out of rage

Also, I do remember making a few custom remixes back in 2021, they were…ok.
However, they may or may not be lost to time. I cannot find the wire to plug in the hard drive that they are in, I need to get one of those wires and see if they are still on the hard drive.
It's most likely in the older hard drive - the newer one I owned is broken and makes my computer short circuit (for some reason)

i can't believe i haven't used this topic before.

rhythm heaven is awesome, it's literally my most played 3ds game in my activity logs. it got me into other rhythm games, and even if a new game doesn't come out i'm still satisfied with what we already have.

In 2021, when I first got into this series, …i made some ‘stuff’ in school with the characters…

…the 3 creatures from the test at the beginning appeared in my “naughty leperachaun” creative writing…
…them and the dog also appeared in my portkey creative writing…
…and a milk carton I had to design - it was for some enterprises thing - also had….them

also why does the dog have a mouth in the milk carton

I just got my hard drive working.
I found the custom remix I was looking for.
It was…much better than I expected.
I was younger at the time and didn't fully understand the concept of ‘music game’ when I made it, but it was impressive

i would reccomend getting megamix or fever first, (if you can find a copy of the games)

i personally recommend getting megamix (if you can find a physical copy and have a european 3ds, and if you don't, you'll have to install custom firmware to play a physical copy on a non-european device - but that risks your console getting bricked or potentially (but unlikely at this point) banned, so make sure you know what you're doing first. and if you do decide to go through with installing cfw, use the website “3ds.hacks.guide” for instructions. all other cfw tutorials, especially video tutorials, are more likely to cause harm than good.)

I think finding copies of that game in that series are relatively hard to find at a low enough price (as far as i know), probably due to physical copies being harder to get as most of the games are getting more popular, and that physical copies of those games don't get manufactured anymore. However, for some reason, the ds version is relatively cheap in price (not too cheap though).

so i'm most likely getting the ds version.

Oh and turns out i'm not getting it this day, but most likely wednesday (which is 2 days after I first sent the post about getting it, so its tomorrow). …i may be wrong on that, but it seems the most likely, i suppose ok i was wrong it's probably the 15th.

ok more info about the copy of the game i'm getting (3rd time in a row i think)
turns out my dad (the one planning on getting me the game) wants me to…let's just say use a phone app to play it. 2 flaws. i don't do that kind of stuff and since the game requires precise timing, the lag could cause it to be harder.

i guess when the 15th rolls out and i don't get it yet, i'll have to find another way to get it…

i told dad about the timing, and he told me that's ok. I will probably get the physical copy some time (6 days i think)

heaven studio and bits & bops (anyone here know that game?) are probably the closest things we’ll get to a new rhythm heaven game for a while.
