Cats V.S. Dogs


Did you know that there are between 42 and 100 cat breeds in the world? I feel that cats are better because cats are better companions than dogs, cats use litter boxes-dogs have to be let outside, and cats can live in smaller spaces.

First, cats are better companions than dogs. They greet you, they can smell and know who you are, and you can train them to love you. They also cuddle with you and don’t crush you in the process!

Next, cats use a litterbox, but you have to let a dog outside every hour. Cats use a litterbox, you just have to just clean it a certain amount of times depending on how many cats you have, and don’t say you wouldn’t like training them because you have to train dogs to not

Lastly, cats can live in smaller spaces. They sleep so much that you might think your cat is gone! This means they don’t need as much care and space.

This is all why cats are better than dogs. Of course, there are many other reasons, but still. Cats are much better than dogs because they are better companions, cats don’t need to be let outside, and they can live in smaller areas. Take that, @you-can-trust-me !

currently there are around 200 dog breeds!!! dogs will also greet u they get REALLY REALLY excited when they see u LOL u can potty train dogs too and they sell like lil fake grass patch things so that dogs can do their business! even so, id rather take my dog out because 1. they get happy! and 2. i like being outside and HEY being outside is good for u LOL talking walks is really really fun and u should try it out one day!!!!!! u ARE kinda right about the smaller areas thing but a small dog is also fit for a flat

First of all, cats are extremely selfish and don't care about you unless they spend their whole life with you, and you shouldn't have to “train them to love you.” dogs are better companions and friends, first of all, they are easier to train, cats can mess a lot of stuff up without hard extensive training, but dogs understand what you need them to do and to not do. dogs are far easier to train and can be used for much greater things than cats.

Second of all, dogs help with the greater good. have you ever seen a cat guide the blind? have you ever seen a cat help find people trapped in rubble? have you ever seen a cat sniff out bombs, save millions of lives, and prevent hundreds of attempted terrorist attacks? I don't think you have. But dogs do all these things and help with the greater good, its possible, in fact that a dog has indirectly saved your life at one point, and what are you doing to thank them? You are stating that cats are better just because they can use the bathroom inside. what does that perspective make you think?

Third and final, (for now) dogs bring more happiness and purpose in our lives. dogs care so much and love so much and are willing to do so much for you. when your sad or angry or scared or anything like that, then a dog will help you, a dog will make you feel happy. And all this is happening while cats sit in there own world where they own everything and can do whatever they want. But dogs trust you, ts hard to get the love that a dog gives from even another human (and even harder is cats). Dogs even enjoy helping us in all these different ways, that's what makes THEM happy. But that leads to the question: What makes a cat happy?

(also, not all dogs are big and can crush you, most dogs are only a little longer than a foot)

Doesn't really matter. Some dogs make good pets, some dogs make bad pets. Some cats make amazing pets, some cats make terrible pets. I'm tired of dog people comparing the world's best dog with the world's worst cat, and cat people doing the opposite.
