How do I make my games get featured in Scratch
like I already did typed hashtags but they still won't appear in the featured projects
is it because small project creators spam hashtags?

Projects are featured through a process, in which:

1. A person proposes the project to be featured in the Propose Projects to be Featured studio through a comment.
   [The person must not be the creator of the project nor any of their alts]
   
   
2. A curator reads the comment and decides whether or not to add the project in the studio.
   
   
3. Another group of people (presumably of the ST) selects only a few projects out of the hundreds.
   
   
4. Those projects get featured and go to the front page on the featured section.
   

A tag only makes your project appear on the search page while searching for that tag.
If your project gets enough attention, it can also get you on trending on the section which your tag[s] specifies.
Also, be careful because tag spamming is against the rules.
