And ALL of the ost will be made using that site
Do I have to credit the site?

Is it just a music making program like GarageBand, some kind of Adobe application etc.?

What I will say is that it would be good to say what site you used (if it's appropriate), because Scratchers may listen to your music and like it so much that they may want to learn how to make music themselves.
