Another question with chat-bot (Not answered)

You remember my idea with a profile chat-bot, but can I made a chat-bot with scratchattch which works throught the project itself, but not comments?

“AI” can be created as simple as a list with a lot of if this than that…

I know that, but MY bot can use Python to work with the user more detailed, and, for example, it can answer more intresting questions like “Let's do a F4F”
