When I first took over the directory, I removed “why are some bad words allowed” because I didn't know if I should bypass the filter. I asked @Paddle2See, and he said I shouldn't do it.

Does anyone have any way for me to include it without bypassing the filter, or should I keep it off the list?

I'll add the Hazbin Hoten question when I get a decent keyboard that works.

If you share the project, the music is under the Creative Commons license, so anyone can remix without permission if they give credit.

My username is spelled @MythosLore, you can write that the music has a CC license (because everything on Scratch automatically does), and you are allowed to share your voice. But this isn't really the place to ask questions.

because the pages with a small header are styled like scratch 2.0 (the previous version of scratch) because the scratch team never got to updating them yet.

they didn't forget, they just didn't have time to do it. they should update them eventually.

that question used to be on the list, but i removed it because the words are censored on the forums due to an outdated filter.

there is not complete agreement about whether those words are offensive or not, so the scratch team just chose not to censor them because they're not all that offensive anyway.
