i need help to make a custom variable readout without the border behind it!

but i know that we have to use this block, right?

why would you need this?

highlight (double click) a piece of text + control (command on mac) + shift + down arrow key to see my full siggy.

You can't edit the readout for a variable, if you want to make a readout of a variable without showing the variable, you'll have to use a text engine.
