If the studio owner is banned

If the studio owner is permanently banned, how do I delete or edit the studio?
If you have a solution, please provide as much detail as possible.

You can't. Though, the studio owner can contact appeals@scratch.mit.edu to appeal their ban if it's permanent. If not, wait until the owner's ban is over. The owner should not create new accounts to bypass the ban, and doing so might result in a longer ban.

I don't think you can. Wait until their ban is over (if not permanent) otherwise, i don't think you can.

For more details: I wouldn't say this is an “appeal,” more so just a request. If the studio host of a popular studio community seems to be banned (or just inactive in general), you can use Contact Us to ask the Scratch Team to change the host of the studio. I think they might ask for evidence of a few managers of the studio approving the choice of the new host, since this is a major change.

New host would probably be a manager, but yes, valid points.
