So I’m trying to make an animation and in it this guy gets really mad but then goes into gamer mode. I’m trying to figure out how to import audio. I made it in GarageBand and currently have the sound file saved onto my iPad. Can you help?

I don't know much about garage band, but if you download the file to your files on your iPad, you should be able to go to the scratch sounds menu -> upload Sound -> recent -> and then find the sound file in your recent folder.

man i wish there was cursor locking in scratch
it would be very useful for 3d games 
or maybe platformers where the cursor isn't necessary

Addition: Sounds or other assets with a size of over 10MB cannot be saved in the project. If this happens, export to MP3 instead of WAV.

I’ve tried that but it didn’t let me upload it. It let me have the possibility of uploading some things but not what I want to upload.

How can I export it as a MP3?

Either garage band might have a built in converter, or you can find an online converter as there are many free converters online.
