I just wanted to ask, how do you get your project noticed, and on trending? I also want to as how you get front paged (for example featured, top loved, what the community is remixing).

Trending: it has do gain a high amount of views (at least like 5-10k in a day)
Featured: Someone proposes a project that is not theirs in a studio and ST chooses some
Top loved: Lots of loves quickly
Top remixed: Lots of remixes quickly

Edit: Something i forgot to include is that NFE (not for everyone) cannot get on trending, featured or on remixed/loved
A project is rated NFE if it is unsuitable for everyone but not unsuitable enough to be taken down

The whole NFE thing is uncommon. I wouldn't worry about it.

Make your projects simple and easy to understand. Try to avoid using custom blocks and use broadcasts.

This is reasonably old, so sorry for the reply, but it appears the Scratch Team tends to feature simple projects. That’s not to say that custom blocks make your project NFE, and certainly not for trending, but in many cases simpler projects get featured. There are hundreds of exceptions, though.

For trending you should use an older project ID in the ~965 million range or earlier, because later ones won't index properly. If you don't have an old ID you're not using, take a project out of your trash and load your project into it. If you don't have one in your trash, there's nothing you can do.

I don't agree with 5-10k, mine got like 200 in a few hours and was on trending… Mainly the way those people get the thousands of views IS trending. But the rest is correct.

It's not a glitch. It's just the project isn't in the system yet. It takes time.
