Add a hoodie costume to Scratch.
It will not do any harm.
Also, here's why ChatGPT thinks you should add hoodies to Scratch:
Adding hoodies to a scratch program could enhance its functionality and appeal in several ways:
1. Customization: Hoodies offer an additional layer of customization to characters or sprites within the Scratch program. Users can personalize their characters by adding or removing hoodies, choosing different colors, or even designing their own patterns or logos for the hoodies.
2. Visual Appeal: Hoodies can make characters more visually interesting and relatable, especially for projects involving human or humanoid characters. The addition of hoodies can help bring characters to life and make them more engaging for users.
3. Realism: For projects aiming for a more realistic representation of characters or scenarios, adding hoodies can contribute to the overall authenticity. This is especially relevant for projects involving scenes set in contemporary or casual settings.
4. Coding Challenges: Incorporating hoodies into Scratch projects can introduce coding challenges related to animation, interaction, and customization. Users can learn how to program the hoodie to move realistically with the character's movements or to react to certain events within the program.
5. Expression of Personality: Hoodies can serve as a means for users to express the personalities of their characters. Different styles of hoodies can convey various traits or moods, allowing users to tailor their characters to fit the tone or theme of their project.
6. Educational Value: Introducing hoodies to Scratch projects can provide opportunities for learning about graphic design, animation, and user interface design. Users can experiment with different hoodie designs and animations, gaining valuable skills in digital creativity and design.
Overall, adding hoodies to Scratch projects can enrich the user experience, promote creativity and customization, and provide valuable learning opportunities across various aspects of programming and design.

ai writing our suggestions now? if you need ChatGPT to prove how much we need this instead of writing something yourself, it's probably really unnecessary. ☠️✨

Add a hoodie costume to Scratch.
Since the only human-given benefit is
Personally I think it would be more useful to just add a character wearing a hoodie, rather than just a hoodie. That way it allows new users to include more characters in a scene. In fact, we already do have a sprite wearing a hoodie — see “Tatiana-a” in the sprite library.
then I am going to assume that this is the only benefit to adding a hoodie costume to Scratch. As a result, it seems that there is not much substance to this suggestion, in the sense that we don't know what the costume will look like or how it could be used, but I'll at least take the suggestion at face value. It will not do any harm.

That's not my point. If you need an AI to write your suggestion, it's probably really unnecessary ☠️✨. Why can't you write the suggestion yourself? Making a robot do it doesn't help you actually think about what you're suggesting.

Good reason, although you probably could have written this out instead of relying on AI for this reason. 1. Customization: Hoodies offer an additional layer of customization to characters or sprites within the Scratch program. Users can personalize their characters by adding or removing hoodies, choosing different colors, or even designing their own patterns or logos for the hoodies.
This is essentially the same as reason #1, so it shouldn't have really been included. 2. Visual Appeal: Hoodies can make characters more visually interesting and relatable, especially for projects involving human or humanoid characters. The addition of hoodies can help bring characters to life and make them more engaging for users.
This is essentially the same as reason #1, so it shouldn't have really been included. 3. Realism: For projects aiming for a more realistic representation of characters or scenarios, adding hoodies can contribute to the overall authenticity. This is especially relevant for projects involving scenes set in contemporary or casual settings.
This one's not really even true, so it shouldn't have been included — adding a hoodie to the sprite library doesn't really give any ideas of how to code its movement. This highlights one reason why one should not rely on AI to write suggestions. 4. Coding Challenges: Incorporating hoodies into Scratch projects can introduce coding challenges related to animation, interaction, and customization. Users can learn how to program the hoodie to move realistically with the character's movements or to react to certain events within the program.
This is essentially the same as reason #1, so it shouldn't have really been included. 5. Expression of Personality: Hoodies can serve as a means for users to express the personalities of their characters. Different styles of hoodies can convey various traits or moods, allowing users to tailor their characters to fit the tone or theme of their project.
This is essentially the same as reason #1, so it shouldn't have really been included. 6. Educational Value: Introducing hoodies to Scratch projects can provide opportunities for learning about graphic design, animation, and user interface design. Users can experiment with different hoodie designs and animations, gaining valuable skills in digital creativity and design.
TL;DR There is only one human-given benefit: “It will not do any harm.” There is also only one AI-given benefit: “Hoodies offer an additional layer of customization to characters or sprites within the Scratch program.”

(offtopic) I feel like we should automatically close suggestions using ChatGPT
Really, as Za-Chary said, there's only 1 human reason, and one AI reason, which the human reason doesn't make any logical sense.

The problem with using AI to write your sugestions is that AI is not a scratcher, it just knows baseline information about scratch and it's spending more time putting words together then actually paying attention to the meaning behind the words. If you actually cared about this idea, AI woudln't have written it for you.

To be fair, every costume in Scratch is for customization, so ChatGPT was literally pointing out the obvious.Good reason, although you probably could have written this out instead of relying on AI for this reason. 1. Customization: Hoodies offer an additional layer of customization to characters or sprites within the Scratch program. Users can personalize their characters by adding or removing hoodies, choosing different colors, or even designing their own patterns or logos for the hoodies.
I don't think it is essentially the same as reason #1. Reason #1 is more about being to mix and match the hoodie costume onto other sprites, while this reason is about visual appeal. This is essentially the same as reason #1, so it shouldn't have really been included. 2. Visual Appeal: Hoodies can make characters more visually interesting and relatable, especially for projects involving human or humanoid characters. The addition of hoodies can help bring characters to life and make them more engaging for users.
Again, I don't think it is essentially the same, but I do disagree with ChatGPT, as adding hoodies will not make it more realistic.
I completely agree with @Za-Chary's response to points 4 and 5, so I will skip them.
For the third time, I don't really think that this is the same as #1, but again, ChatGPT's point is completely trash. (sorry OpenAIThis is essentially the same as reason #1, so it shouldn't have really been included. 6. Educational Value: Introducing hoodies to Scratch projects can provide opportunities for learning about graphic design, animation, and user interface design. Users can experiment with different hoodie designs and animations, gaining valuable skills in digital creativity and design.
My TL;DR: There is only one human-given benefit: “It will not do any harm.” There are also some AI-given benefits: Customization and visual appeal. Anything after the previous sentence is not part of the TL;DR. TL;DR There is only one human-given benefit: “It will not do any harm.” There is also only one AI-given benefit: “Hoodies offer an additional layer of customization to characters or sprites within the Scratch program.”
I will not use AI to write my posts anymore, and even if I do use AI, I won't use it to write posts, just to get a general idea of what points I should write about.
