Using Scratch in China?

Let's say, hypothetically, someone was to go to China and try to use Scratch. Would the website be completely blocked, or would there be a way around it somehow? (not asking for this means - hypothetically)

It would be blocked by the China's big Firewall (it was blocked because of some projects regarding a country as a country). You can use a VPN to get away from the firewall, as well as all the other blocked websites. (Although VPNs are allowed in China, it's hard to get one in China)
