Please help me. I am trying to find a NON-LAGGY scrolling background for a big game I am making.

You can only make a scrolling background sprite, you can make a variable called scroll_y, scroll_x and a sprite called scroll button and scroll location, but you can't make a scrolling backdrop.

I kinda get what ur saying. But, I wasn't saying backdrop. I realise that backgrounds can be sprites too

Yo can I get a piece of code that will make my background scroll correctly? Take a platformer background for example. Know how it scrolls in a way? I wanna know how to do that.
