Let me know if you want a job. Here's my idea for the story: Wheatley, after being trapped in space for 12 years and being asleep, finally wakes up. Him and Space Core get hit by an asteroid and fly towards Earth. They separate. Space Core manages to crash into Chell's house, and Wheatley goes straight back into Aperture, where he'll get destroyed and tortured by GLaDOS. Meanwhile Chell manages to somehow get Space Core to be shocked with electricity and gain sentience. That's all I got so far, so please help

To be clear, we are continuing the legacy of both @creeperfun and @Christophermc0324_2 , who both had great ideas for Portal 3

This game will be both 2D and 3D, depending on the part.
The portal gun WILL be in the game and WILL work.
Both Wheatley and Space Core will return.

Maybe you can do something with the asteroid that sent wheatley and space core back to Earth. Because think about it, the chances of all that. Being sent back, the places they landed, it doesn't line up. Maybe don't even make it an asteroid at all. IDK that's just my idea, and my ideas usually suck. I don't know much about half life anyway… I just read the wiki article about it

How about this? Since it's meant to be a crossover, it's an astroid at first. Then later they discover that it's actually a Combine ship.

Why? The original Portal series doesn't include any crossover, and I feel like it would make the game harder to understand, unless you have played Half-Life.

I agree even though they take place in the same universe I think yall should keep them separate and focus only on portal
