Bring back cat blocks for April fools 2024, they were funny and everybody loved them.

If I am correct they will appear for April Fools every year(?)
Unless you meant bring them back permanently as a feature, which is rejected.

I see no reason to suggest this, I have not yet seen an AFD update without bringing back the catblocks
