On mobile, for some reason you can’t change slider limits or list display sizes. Why? It would probably be easy to implement (like there’s already some dropdowns from holding variables, and then just add a change slider limits one, and for lists use the = sign to drag), and even just having it on tablets would be good. Also at least fixing the fact that sliders don’t have the dropdown would be good.

Are you suggesting for this “feature” to be added, or are you asking WHY this isn't added?

If by slider limits, you mean slider min/max, that already exists when you right click a variable monitor when it's in the slider readout, and you can use the lines at the bottom right of the list monitor to resize lists. Just not with code blocks.
Though, on iOS, it's almost impossible to do, there is this topic:
