I know this has been suggested before but I'd like to suggest it again, since the others appear to be dead:
It would be a good idea for unanswered posts to be kept as some sort of “temporary sticky” to make it more likely that someone will notice and reply.
All bumps and stuff like that while there are unanswered posts will be brought up UNDER the unanswered posts.
If an unanswered post is answered, then it will go on top of the normal posts like a regular bump and thus join the normal flow of posts going up and down.
This idea would work best in Questions about Scratch, Suggestions, and Help with Scripts.
To clear up some non-support you may have:
1. There really are not that many unanswered posts at any given time in most of the forums - the most I have ever seen is only about five, and those got answered pretty quickly.
2. The “Show new posts since last visit” link often doesn't even turn up unanswered posts - it just turns up the ones that were made while you were gone (at least, that's what I'm pretty sure it is for)

Support: this would be good for New Scratchers, whose posts often go unnoticed.

Yo, I'm Noelle!
I'm a 19 year old trans girl (she/her) who doesn't use Scratch much anymore.
Still pop in from time to time though, so don't be scared to say hi!

there are plenty of ancient posts from after the update.I was thinking someone would say that.. No support. What about ancient unanswered posts? Must I see those all the time until I necropost on them?
How about if and when this is implemented, it would only apply to posts that are made after the update?

He did say TEMPORARY sticky, I'm guessing he meant that possibly it would become a normal post after 3 days. But I support, I thought this was going to be about this weird bug that doesn't get rid of the little new posts circle when posted on/viewed, . No support. What about ancient unanswered posts? Must I see those all the time until I necropost on them?
If I said no support highlight this from “Hi” to “AWESOME”:
Hi this isThink about your suggestion, was it going to benefit a majority of scratchers, did it have cons to a specific group, was it fully based on YOUR opinion, did you put some thought into the idea, simply forgot to read the sticky, has little pros, no purposeful reason, was there something wrong with scratch? If any of these apply to you think about your post, either revise it or close it.AWESOME
If I said support highlight this from “Hi” to “COOL”:
Hi I think this isDo you think you could add to your suggestion, or do you wish to keep it the same? Doesn't matter as long as people support it!!COOL

Support if there is a time limit. I don't want posts up there for weeks because nobody pays attention to it.
