the things I stated above are green. I think it would look better as moonlight blue. #2C2998 to be exact.

I’m pretty sure this has contrast with the white text that will be on it, and it compliments the purple nicely.

They are not going to change it because even if a thousand people like it better, 10x that number of people will complain about it (even if they don't think it looks bad, they just get mad that it changed). Just look at the purple thing, most people don't care about the color, they are just mad that it changed. The ST only wants to go through that if they really, really need to (the purple was for accessibility purposes, which they can get sued about).

Personally, I think the green looks really good. That's just my opinion.

It’s not that big of a change though

While I do like the idea of making more purple (I like the color), this specific shade is too dark and would probably hurt some people's eyes (especially since the text is actual white or a color close to it), plus it isn't used anywhere else on the site though.

Then why change it at all if it does not show up in many places, and it your words “not that big of a change”? It is unnecessary and pulls time away from ST to implement it when they could be doing better things like running the site.

They all look good except the remix button. For some reason, it gives me a weird feeling.

I mean, it's really easy to implement (just find and replace). The real problem is there's no reason to change it if it's not actively bad and there's not any improvement to changing it (other than looking better, which is subjective).

No support. There isn't really any reason why the green is bad.

I like the ideas page one, but the other two look a bit too… dark. I bet that would make an excellent colour for dark mode, though.

This is actually a simple thing anyone can do, go to Scratch Foundation's github and make a Pull Request changing it.
