There were 2 people at a bar, they got the exact same drink, with the same amount of ice, one drank it fast, one drank it slowly, the one who drank it slowly died, why?

The ice was poisioned.

For 2, she was standing on a block of ice and when it melted the rope snapped her neck. For 8, she's a midget and can't push the tenth button on her own. I don't know about the others.

6. It's a pardon for someone sentenced to the electric chair but the man just died.

I know some of these because I just like to read them (I have a book full of them)
