Reword ToU 3.7
“If to do so” infers if the contents of the page are inappropriate, while “if doing so” infers if the act of linking it would break the TOU.“If to do so” infers “if the content which viewers are guaranteed to see on this site we're placed on the this site, it would be allowed” whilst “if doing so” doesn't infer, this opening loopholes. Why doesn't it infer? “doing it” means “to do so” if they're placed after an “if”
It isn’t necessarily against the TOU to link sites, the issue is the contents of the site.
The current wording doesn’t refer to the act of linking, rather the contents of the site.

Can you make a mock-up that both isn't confusing and meets your standards?“If to do so” infers if the contents of the page are inappropriate, while “if doing so” infers if the act of linking it would break the TOU.“If to do so” infers “if the content which viewers are guaranteed to see on this site we're placed on the this site, it would be allowed” whilst “if doing so” doesn't infer, this opening loopholes. Why doesn't it infer? “doing it” means “to do so” if they're placed after an “if”
