I definitely agree. Not only is the show itself kinda very problematic, but also, as you said, VERY mature. There's no reason for it to be allowed on Scratch.
I think an appropriate South Park dress-up game should be fine, but your point is very valid.

It might convince kids to watch the show.
exactly
i saw many vids about hh, and it SEEMED appropriate, so i thought i might watch it but a friend warned me its mature
same thing can happen with south park

Yeah, some episodes are okay with some vulgar language and gore at most. But episodes like ep 4 deal with much darker and mature topics but at least it doesn't make fun and it actually portrays them correctly unlike South park. I am going to say that the songs are mostly okay with some swears at most.
i feel as if most shows are incredibly mature, maturity is not a good determinant of kid friendly ness, look at some anime

Just like uncensored songs I think.
That is a big deal on Scratch.

Children do not listen to warnings. That's why most warnings aren't allowed.
They would just want to watch it more.

I don't think most people know how to censor songs.

this isn't the most related, but what's the full name of “hh”?

3.3 Ban certain franchises

Generally, the Scratch Team does not censor projects based on a certain franchise unless a large number of inappropriate projects were made with the franchise. An example is Five Nights at Freddy's; see this announcement for more information. In general, it is usually possible to make appropriate projects based on a certain franchise. Of course, you should always report inappropriate projects of any kind.

While South Park is an inappropriate and controversial show, most projects made about it aren't as inappropriate and are mostly fine for Scratch. It might be NFE-able but not straight up banned.

Most projects with HH were also not innapropriate. Yet it still got banned.
Doesn't matter. It's rejected

Wait hasn't paddle2see himself use a south park character or atleast a base for one of his projects at one point?
I think it was titled something along the lines of ‘welcome to scratch’ or something

Thought i'd bring it up

You mean this.

Griffpatch has used south park style characters in a harry potter project, the policy should be that you can use the character style but the show name is nfe
