I am doing a geometry dash tutorial by griffpatch and in the tutorial, it isn't a problem for him but for me when I jump onto the spikes it just keeps going and I am running on them (I am ep. 2.) I need help.

the problem most likely lies in the costumes, the spikes aren't yellow enough on the border for the code to tell them apart between white and yellow, this is why all the spikes don't work. you want to make the spikes a bit more yellow and make sure all the yellow borders are the same for all the spikes. then in the code change the spike detection to be the updated yellow.

alright tho I already had to make them yellower I will try again and tell you if it works
