We do have more on the forums, but still not enough. And this suggestion isn't even about the emojis, it's about the image library. Perhaps more emojis would also be nice, but that is not what this topic's about.

I have another idea:
What if the user can make the image their preferred size?
Just an idea you could add
And, if your image was really big, you could have only a bit of text to go along with it.
If your image was really small, then you could put a lot more characters alongside it.
