No support, if you like some post you could just say it in words
Well then what about all the other emojis? The thumbs up emoji is also easier and falter to use. It will also be very easy to implement. (please change it, nobody has said no support yet, and we don't want you to break the chain)
1. Existent emoji != nonexistent thumbs up
2. Just use the emoji (and put in your signature that means support and means no support) if you are into quickness. Or for projects, like and fave.
1. what do you mean?
2. if i use the for example and put it in a signature, how do people know if iam supporting their suggestion? Signatures doesn't work like that.

the thumbs up emoji doesn’t work so… I can see why we need this for anyone who likes our project or that the project is good

I would like a Thumbs up emoji! I think it would be like  People could use it as sarcasm, but THAT is what the report button is for! I think it would be nice for mainly the Show and Tell section to tell people they did a good job like
Hey Nice Project  keep coding!
Yup! And let's remove the filter! Sure people could say whatever they want, but THAT is what the report button is for!

Sorry if that sounded rude. But saying “report misuse” is greatly overused in my opinion.

I think it's different for a thumbs up emoji than for a bad word filter.

You're right. That was a bad analogy. Although I don't think this could be misused to severely, I still think just saying “report any misuse” is used way to much. Especially with the whole “eggplant emoji” incident.

Oh yeah, I remember hearing about that. It's good that I didn't have to witness it.

Support. Theres really no downside to it so it’s fine. It can help scratchers express their opinions

Made a “add thumbs up emoji” post 12 days ago not realizing it was a copy, so I'm just going to move my comments over here.

_+1_ and _thumbup_ would make the thumbs up emoji.

I'm indifferent to which style is used, but it could be nice if it was a more cartoony art style to follow the current precedent of Scratch's other emojis. Additionally, maybe make it orange like Scratch cat to avoid the introduction of skin colored emojis to save resources and not have anyone feel left behind.

Here's two picasso-level concepts both based on other images. I'll be updating them in the coming hour, just so they're not so shoddy.

The two options are 1) just the thumbs up. Basically the default for most websites, or 2) a body+thumbs up (in this case, scratch cat with thumb up), which is my personal go-to since it would fit in better with the current selection of scratch cat emojis.

If this was implemented I would recommend making the thumb black to increase diversity in the emoji space and to get rid of the shocking yellow supremacy in emojis.

Can't tell if you're serious, but yellow is a great color for a lot of reasons. For one, it's not exactly any one skin tone. It's definitely light, which leaves out a large chunk of the world, but it's in between caucasian and eurasian. Plus, yellow is the most eye-catching color. It's why school buses are yellow.

I do think there's a lot of yellow emojis, and making them orange for the sake of scratch would be kinda cool, but I gotta disagree with black emojis. There'd be no way to tell detail or shading.

Yellow is good for emojis because it’s not exactly a skin color, people have skin colors similar to that but nobody’s skin is actually yellow. So that nobody feels left out. Sometimes it’s better to include nobody then to include someone and not the other
