Ok, I'm more questioning about the melody of the song since it has this kind of death metal + dubstep vibe if you get what I mean. It's for a song based DTA (draw to adapt) and it sounds really catchy to me but I wonder if it's allowed. If not I'll just accept and use a different song. No biggie

Unless it is in a horror project, then no. But in the context of, say, a Pokemon remake, it would be fine.

I don’t think that it matters. It’s mainly visuals along with bad sounds that scare me.
