Can you get banned for copyright issues on sounds and images, I recently made a soundboard and don't know if will get copyright strike. I don't know if they have copyright holds or whatever

a soundboard is just a sound dump, so if they find out you will get the hammer (most likely)

Yes, you can be banned for copyright violations. On the DMCA page, it says this:
