Alright, I'll start working on that in the same canva we have our thumbs in <3 speaking of them, I think we should go with the typewriter font thing and I changed the point adding studio thumb to match with the changes you made on the main cabin one, do you think we're good to go?

yeah, I realized that XD I'm working on it in another canva but it's with a bunch of other stuff so I'll just post it once it's done and see how you guys like it, unless you want to work together on it which is also fine!

Who would like to make a project compiling all the diary entries as the campers collect them? If neither of you want to, I can!

So for the (co)leaders who will be giving the diary pages:

1. Pepper-and-a-pencil: (first page)
2. Booklover883322: (second page)
3. Poppywriter: (third page)
4. Zionykon: The leaders have become restless again. They always are at this time, trying to help the campers, but this is going too far. Willow says she nearly caught a few people on the outskirts of the Woods yesterday, and there's no doubt who they were trying to help.
The other leaders are trying to help, break them out, even though they know it's useless. How many times have they tried to defy the Woods? It is in the nature of this mysterious forest. Taking, and not giving. If our campers—if we—are to be taken, who can be blamed?
It's not our fault, what has happened. The forest is all-knowing, yes, but calculating. We are only messengers. The Woods' deeds are not ours.
5. Rosereef: Suspicions are growing everywhere, new seeds rooting into our Woods. Our suspicions, of the leaders that flutter around trying to help the campers, when really, they're just hurting them more. The campers, too, have grown suspicious, conferring quietly in twos and threes; Em walked up to a group last night and their eyes were hope and fear and fury. We can only keep this up for so long—then again, the Woods has its own limit.
Soon, it will claim them. It always happens in time.
And until then, ignorance is bliss, no? How unfortunate that the leaders seek to prevent that. Something will have to be done…
6. AmazaEevee: We knew it was going to happen. Foolish as they are, the leaders tried yet again to help our campers—and they failed yet again. Defying us, our wishes, is one thing; they will be surely scolded, Em's making sure of that. But defying the Woods—every time, the price gets higher, as it should. And now, they'll pay—not the leaders, but the campers.
The released struggle out of the Woods, scratched and dirty, forever changed. You'll be forever changed too, won't you?

7. –tranquility: You can see it in their eyes. They’re planning an escape. Little do they know there is no escape. No matter how hard they try, they’ll end up in the same place, with the same people. Us. They think we can’t see those leaders trying to help them leave, not knowing that although we might spare them, the people who were taken only have doom in front of them. We hear them already thinking about what they’re going to do after they go back home. Continue their family’s legacy of baking, going to the big city. Little do they know they’re never going back. Once you are taken, you can never go back. There is truly no way. Even if we didn’t do our job it would be useless. The Woods are alive, more than just trees. It has a mind of its own, and it only wants to devour. Every time new people come, we try to warn them, try to tell them to stay here. It would be worse if they tried to fight. But they do. Every single time. At this point, it’s useless. All we can do is watch as their life force is drained away.
8. -BookDragon- : Today is the day. They’ve prepared everything that they’ve scavenged here along with the leaders, the poor leaders. It's as if they’re in a time loop, fruitlessly trying to save them. Every single time it’s been them. Every single time they’ve lost. But they don’t care. Although they can venture far from this domain, they choose to be here. As if we’re all under the same curse. Fate is the only thing binding us together, and we watch them run, book it for the entrance that is never there. We show ourselves, and they cower with fear. One of them speaks up, “Let us leave. We have lives outside of this nightmare.” We don’t respond, but Willow says, “You’re already gone. You will never go back,” they cower because it isn’t a threat, it’s a fact, and they know it. Something is already building up in us, something primal, something that we’re made for. We hold back the urge. “If you go back, it won’t be too late,” they look confused. “Too late for what?” “Late for this.” Everything went black.
9. Cinammcnx: The forest has always whispered to us. We’ve always been drawn to it, like a magnetic force. It wasn’t a surprise that us, three friends were the first ones who disappeared into the Woods. It granted us unimaginable power, but the price was that we were to stay in the Woods for eternity, luring others in, to power the Wood’s life force. The Woods shows no mercy, and we can’t either. We’ve already lost our humanity long ago, and it’ll never come back. Screams of the campers echo in between the Woods. Before the leaders know it, the campers are gone. Sucked in, by the Woods. We used to think, what a terrible thing to do. But now, we’re molded into the Woods. Our thoughts are their thoughts. We see everything here. The leaders sob, look at us with fearful eyes, spit out curses and pleads. It used to be hard to ignore them. Now they’re nothing but an annoying fly that pesters us. They finally give up, leaving the Woods. The only thing you can hear is a satisfied silence from the Woods.
10. Forestpanther: The cycle repeats itself. Over and over again. It will never end, and we will be here forever. Which is why we want you to know what’s going to happen. The same thing will happen to you, for we are all but pawns in a game controlled by higher beings. What part of the role you play, whether it is us, the leaders, the campers, or even the Woods, we all share one thing in common. None of us will ever escape. After all, you chose to be here, haven’t you? You chose this path. You could’ve chosen something happier, Utopia, Myth, Poetry, or anything else. You could’ve first left with the other leaders. But something drew you in, something drew us in. This is the price that all of us have to pay. Look behind you.

I was also thinking of maybe an idea that the campers come together after each diary page has been revealed, and start talking about their thoughts on what each page might mean, if that sounds good with the both of you!

here are my diary pages:

1. We are all scared, restless with no hope of escape. The leaders, they've been trying to help. Everyone has. It may seem silly, but everyone still tries, even the ones of have been here the longest… the leaders. It's complicated really, the only way to have any hope at all is to go against the woods. When you first here about any sort of ‘woods’ you think it's harmless, a place where you can be in touch with nature. But no, these woods are different. By different I mean they can sense things, hear us. It knows. And we know that it knows.

2. Again the leaders are up. Talking. Watching. Looking for places we could escape from. At least they are trying to help, it gets annoying though. And they just dismiss our worries when we speak about them. How long have they been here? If they were here before the first camper, then how come the woods isn't angered by their constant escape attempts?
By their scandolous whispers in the middle of the night, their laughs and joyous words. But never words of woe or sorrow, whilst that's all the campers have to say, they motivate us. It's nice at least, having positivity shining through this dark time. After all hope is the only thing stronger than fear.

3. Restless nights follow, they are up. Again. River walks over by me. Bends down, and through the sliver of vision I had I saw her looking around me. And it repeats again for a few nights. But last night it was different. They actually slept. The campers were glad, there was silence tonight. No twigs snapping beneath their feet, no soft chuckles or whispers that barely made it to our ears.
It was peaceful. It brought old memories back, to all of us. I could tell that through the slight smiles and slight happiness that glimmered in the campers eyes. It was nice. But deep inside we knew that the woods was watching us. The leaders are still asleep, which is good. For now at least.
