Does happen to me. Maybe they’re working on a 4th section of Scratch News?
edit: wait maybe it’s due to a project with a very long title in my What’s Happening? that’s causing this

Yea it is. (Here I used inspect element, and also I had to disable the Full areas setting in my browser extension as that adds a scrollbar to What's Happening)
