When I was younger, I found this video which was a walkthrough/all endings video of a mobile game where you slide/change parts of a picture to rescue a cute little aliens pet. All the endings were sad. One of them may have had the pet going with the villain, one of them had the pet going with the alien, but the alien regrets it and brings it back to the villain (who was lonely), and another one had the pet getting replaced with a fox. I think the game was called something along the lines of “Long Way Home” or something like that.

I also remember seeing this ad for food (pickles, maybe?) where there was these living food creatures having fun but then a hand grabs one and eats it, scaring the rest. I think it ended with all the food creatures gasping after it was eaten offscreen.

it was also a spoon instead of a hand

looking for Nissan Kicks ad i saw on youtube in 2019(?) or so, in Canada
it had upbeat music and shows the car driving through a dull city, and as the car passed the grayscale buildings and shops, parts of them turned orange
the car itself was orange, as as it drove on, people walking by's shirts turned the same orange, plants by the side of the row orange, and so on…
at the end text came onscreen (in orange probably) that said “move to your own beat”- it might have been said outloud also
it was about 15 seconds long

i actually remember seeing that thumbnail when i was searching, but i saw it was 30 seconds and assumed it wasn't it because it was too long
i wonder if there is a 15 sec version? i never watch all of ads, especially a 30 second one. but if it was 15 it would be more reasonable for me to have seen the whole thing

our perception of 15 seconds is ridiculously bad (just multiply the number we get by 2 at this point)

ok, so I found this media by name, but it's files are nowhere to be found on the internet

so there was this old flash game from like 11 - 10 years ago that was on the cbeebies (british TV channel for preschoolers) website.
it was called “On The Road With Katy” and it was basically a game where you had this vehicle which you could move up and down to different lanes (think horizontal subway surfers) and you had to gather items for a food recipe. I only remember this game because of a single voice line that says “Whoops! That's not how you make falafel footballs!” (please do not ask me why THIS sticks with me for a decade but nothing else that's important does) I found it's page on archive.org, but the only .SWF I can get my hands on is a loading screen that had the word “loader” in it's name. therefore, I'm assuming that the game's files are on the BBC's servers somewhere, the files don't seem to exist anymore, the page doesn't exist anymore, and internally, the data link throws an error.

to add, I can only find ONE video that mentions its existence ON THE INTIRE INTERNET.

so genuine lost media.

-- I’m looking for an old nine network (New zealand/australia) game show called cash bonanza it’s a joint production between WB movie world and 5 different lotteries, its has an old west theme and the prize game is a board filled with celebrities. The host is Larry Emdur and it aired around like 2001 to 2004 I think. The only records of it I’ve seen are a few wiki pages and one recorded episode with commercials. So… partially lost media?

Sounds like it's not as lost as some other things but I'll let you know if I find anything about it (I'm still hunting for Basil's World)

I remember seeing this one video about going to a live show for a kids show, I think it also had music from the show during the other parts. I remember one part where the person was going in the place where the live show was in, and it looked like an igloo. When they were going in, music from the show played and text appeared saying “lets stand at the queue” or something and that really stuck out with me. I was really young when I found that video. I very vaguely remember the video.

i probably played it once in 2012.
Idk all i remember is that i played a tetris iphone game in 2012.

EDIT: oh also i remember playing tetris on a flip phone that had an app store in 2011 probably.
