Now that you mention it, Delibird's beta sprite looks nice. I like the little santa hat on its head, sucks that it got cut from the final design. If Delibird does get an evolution, I think it should bring back the santa hat

i'll be honest, i don't know the Pokédex very well at all. i'm especially bad at knowing the numbers of Pokémon, so i had to look up my post number to know that it's Kingdra. i like it when games allow you to get certain trade-evolution Pokémon without trading (albeit they tend to be much rarer). for example, Kingdra can be caught in the wild in Generation V by fishing in rippling water in certain areas. the same is true of Slowking and Politoed

Or Legends: Arceus making the “Linking Cord” item that evolves trade-evos. I thought it was funny that it looks exactly like a GBA 2-player link cable (which I'm very familiar with, as I'm working on the Gen 3 national dex in LeafGreen. I'm at about 190 hours and 189 Pokemon. I have yet to evolve most gen 2 mon. I think my next one after evolving Rhydon and Dragonair for a full Kanto Pokedex will be Donphan due to its low evo level.)
