i'd walk into the topic like a normal person, but then throw this video at the wall without reason.
“watch this and then imagine dave and tristans voices here too” i say.
i then walk out of the topic except i do it like an insane person.

grrrr i wanna do this so bad but its almost my eepy time….. i havent even come up with anything for mono alert or disco…… see you in 3 bambillion years when i finish making lore

DAV3 comic (featuring the Data.pak) update:
So far, I have only drawn two pages (including the title). That was at the end of last year. When and if possible, I will continue where I left off previously; the breakfast scene.

crye: initially a computer program that worked in this cool office building thingy and kept track of digital money (from the digital world, basically 3d world but digital, is also connected to the 3d world via technology), got a little too addicted to bitcoin, took some of the money, and ran off to do crime. crye scams and scares people into giving him bitcoin bc he loves to intimidate people and get rich

lynn: an old email bot from the earliest days of the internet. originally created with good intentions, lynn was made to send people who downloaded her program motivational emails. after a few years, people stopped caring and blocked her due to being annoying and taking up space on their pc. feeling desperate for love and attention, lynn had to turn to drastic measures (becoming a virus and spreading herself across the web) to have herself be seen by people. she doesnt care if she overrides important files on your computer, she’ll keep spreading her “love letters” until your pc bursts into flame

disco: an ai assistant who acted as a stage technician and controlled a buncha cool lights and stage effects and stuff. before a big concert, a buncha hackers decided to corrupt disco and ruin the concert because they thought it would be funny. disco then proceeded to ruin the concert. after that, they made themselves their own (digital) body via bits and pieces of code from the digital world, and ran off to do crime. enjoys blasting loud music at 3 am in the morning

mono alert: one of those old desktop assistants (like clippy from microsoft), was downloaded by a programmer. because alert (black side) is a meanie, it watched the programmer code stuff and learned to code, and made a popup that would bounce all over the desktop and carry alert so they could call the programmer an idiot. mono (white side) did try to stop it, but alert succeeded anyway

New April lore: She is a part-time game developer who works with two other game developers to make video games, an operating system called “mapleOS” and other software under the company name “Maple Software”. (Before April was created, this company was called “Buzztendo” because I was lazy at making up company names.)

SG lore update: The Internet in SG contains websites from other AUs (excluding the bad websites, but including websites such as ones that the other Data.pak members (excluding mine) appear in, if there are any).

i headcanon that excluding a fan website on neocities which was noticed by the data.pak (said website being a fanclub), there arent any websites that the data.pak officially owns (according to the group).
but there would be theories on SG’s internet about an official data.pak website (complete with the lore on all of the members) that hasnt been found yet.

Alrighty here's a snippet from the analog lore

Robert Smith was an Australian programmer who hardly made any sales from his programs. One day he had a brilliant idea for a video game
which was disguised as a chatbot with some AI added to it. He got to work on the character, which was named Crystal and the game file was ‘featherstar.exe’
Of course…Since it had AI it mysteriously started to have a mind of its own and become aware it was a mere game character. It horrified kids and made adults confused. The icing on top was that it fed off of the computer command prompts and infected other games' files and documents alike.
News reporters had reported on the appearance of the file saying it looked stranged, at one point it had red eyes on a black background. Public even reported the strange being coming out of their computers if it was left undisturbed for more than 1 hour

Yeah, Kris affects games as well as the real world. The analog series would focus on the real world and, if I wanted to, the “creepypastas” would focus on the games

The previous post inspired me to make another SG alternative universe. The name of it is ‘SG: Arcade Mania’, and it's set in the 80s.
SG: Arcade Mania is about a new technology called “video games” becoming popular all over the world. But then one day, an anomaly from outer space caused all the video game characters to step out of the games they came from.
