edit to 60 second rule
The problem I am having with the 60 second rule is you get a message about you need to wait 60 seconds but you can end up pressing submit again because you don't know how long it has been so my idea is make it so there is a count down of how long you have to wait
I know it is a small change but would be a help.

or, you know, be patient like a good user. one minute goes by pretty quickly.
