They are the bounty hunters in this universe. Originally founded 3 years after Horizon's escape as an attempt to turn the galaxy against him. After some time they began taking jobs to keep their operation running. Made them more money than expected, so they became the Hunt, and now hunt bounties. Give them a target, and they will *try to claim it. They're actually pretty good though. But the highest bounty they have is on Horizon, and are willing to pay you with a battleship.

SECTION 1 - ROLEPLAY RULES
1-1: Characters cannot die.
1-1-1: Characters can be injured, unhealthy (ill), or in status conditions such as in coma, but only with permission from the character’s owner.
1-2: Give other characters a chance to react or join.
1-2-1: Don’t just go and do something to another character without letting them do anything before you do it, or to prevent you from doing it.
1-2-2: When you start a new RP, you can’t force other characters to join it. You can ask them to, but you can’t force them to. However, of course you can enjoy the RP with your own characters and NPCs!
1-3: Don’t force an RP thread to end.
1-3-1: Give other characters time to react when you are done RPing. They might continue it on their own.
1-3-2: An RP thread will be closed by a staff member if it has been over 4 days since the last post on that thread.
1-4: Use the correct punctuation.
1-4-1: Use to start a new RP.
1-4-2: Use to continue an RP when the thread gets too long.
1-4-3: Always describe where you are at the beginning of a new thread. This allows characters and NPCs to join in if they are in the correct location.
1-4-4: Use quotation marks (“Hello, world!”) for speech, and asterisks (*Bangs head on pole*) for actions.
1-4-5: Use correct punctuation, grammar and spelling for others to easily understand what you say.
1-5: No excessive violence.
1-5-1: I shouldn’t have to explain this.
1-5-2: In the c0d3w0rd section, type “Banana”.
1-5-3: This applies to any f0rm.
1-6: Make it suitable for minimum 8 year-olds, as Scratch was designed for people from the age of 8.
1-7: Respect others.
1-7-1: This means in all the ways possible. Don’t bully, discriminate, etc.
1-7-2: Don’t swear. You may say that your character has sworn or cursed, but do not actually say even parts of the word.
1-8: Keep to the subject.
1-8-1: The subject (basically) is that the universe is in war. Do not venture too off-topic. If your character(s) venture into the forest, maybe an alien spy pops up! Like I said, keep it on-topic.
1-9: Keep it realistic (in this world).
1-9-1: Time Travel is not allowed (because it’s not possible, and banned by the UROOP).
1-9-2: You cannot travel faster than 2500km/h (1553 mph). However, you can teleport in Tele-Spots to other Tele-Spots, with a cooldown. There is no other way.
1-9-3: To see ALL of the things that are possible or exist in this world that doesn’t in the real world, check the UNIVERSAL ENCYCLOPEDIA.
1-10: Always follow the Scratch Community Guidelines.

SECTION 2 - FORM RULES
2-1: Character form
2-1-1: Max 3 characters per person. For staff, I may allow more, depending on the use of characters.
2-1-2: The weaknesses and strengths must (approximately) balance each other out.
2-1-3: You must, in the other section, write about a time you went on a holiday. (either abroad or not). It can be simple, or detailed.
2-1-4: I say this again, but characters cannot die.
2-1-5: Keep your characters like you described them. For example, a shy, cowardly character would not stand up to an enemy.
2-1-6: You must hide the w0rd star in your form. Hide it. It has to be hidden.
2-1-7: For a character to have a relationship with another character or NPC, you must have permission.
2-1-8: Do not make items OP. To make items that are not in the real world, either see if it is in the UNIVERSAL ENCYCLOPEDIA and if it says it is allowed there, or ask one of the staff members. They will decide if it is not too OP, yet suitable for this RP, then they will send it to me. (kinosaurs515)
2-2: NPC form
2-2-1: NPCs may not be too strong.
2-2-2: NPCs are just background characters. They are allowed to perish.
2-2-3: The w0rd you must hide is hydrogen.
2-2-4: NPCs are not allowed to be Faction Leaders, except for NPC-based factions.
2-2-5: NPCs cannot, for example, spy and earn significant information. Like I said, they are background characters.
2-2-6: In the other section, include helium in a passage about outer space.
2-2-7: You cannot revive NPCs. You can heal, but you cannot bring back the dead.
2-3: Planet Form
2-3-1: Planets are way stricter in acceptance, as we cannot have, basically 1 faction per planet. We will barely accept new planets, only the extremely-good-idea-ones.
2-3-2: The codeword is planet. Super-straightforward, right?
2-4: Faction Form
2-4-1: Please, on desired planet, put an EXISTING planet. Don’t just have a planet form and a faction form together, because the planet form is likely to get rejected, and the faction form is automatically (c0d3wrd is galaxies) rejected, because the planet doesn’t exist.
2-4-2: You may not include a faction motto if you are not the faction leader.
2-4-3: You must include things like goals or backstories in the faction information.
2-5: General Forms
2-5-1: Minimum 200 characters. If you do not reach it, just spam spaces or full stops at the end.

3. Fidget cube: Passes the time with this.

Strengths: Easily spots clues or things normal people can’t spot. Nimble and good leadership.
Weaknesses: Bad at deciding if someone is good or bad, and helps nearly everyone who needs help. Very forgetful.

3. Walkie-talkie: He has two. When another independent faction is created, he is willing to give their leader one of the walkie-talkies.
Relationships: Grandson of Duke Brown, the inventor of the Tele-Spots. No relatives alive.
Strengths: Strong and muscular.
Weaknesses: His head hurts from using his brain too much.

Backstory: An Omnium from the planet Kyssup. At the age of 6, they were thrown into a wall by a Kyssak. Their family refused treatment and got rid of them. Their back never healed right. At 14, they had enough of Kyssup and hijacked a survey ship and escaped. Over time they upgraded the systems and now it serves as their mobile home of exploration. Over the course of 10 years, they made many discoveries, but during that time, the Kyssak always remembered that one ship they stole. They were once almost blown up when a Kyssak named Ragnar found their ship. Through audio only, they explained that they were robbed by the same person. That lone Kyssak helped them and left, and Horizon laughed their way into the night (wait is there a daylight cycle in space?)
Personality: They are an eccentric person, always hunting for new tech. If it's research, they'll find it! If it's weapons, they will pawn them off. They don't like fighting, but only fights if necessary
Appearance/attire: Wears a metal mask that covers their right eye and nose. Where it covers their eye, there is a green lens. Brown / White hair. But they told him that they were recently robbed and the real Horizon was long gone. Ragnar helped them fix their ship, and taught them how to mask vessel signals. When they parted ways, Horizon gave him a gift. Ragnar opened it when he returned to his ship, and it said “GOTCHYA” Ragnar screamed with rage and tried to track Horizon, but the mask did its job. Ragnar returned to Kyssup and wanted revenge, so he created the Hunt Faction (please accept otherwise his character makes no sense) and many others joined because Horizon eluded them as well.
Personality: Thinks as himself as a strong man, but gets indescribably furious if you trick him (if he finds out that is XD )
Appearance/attire: Wears giant metal armor. Wild hair. Over sized heat generator that heats an area within 20 feet.

UNERG (Universal Neutral Execution and Research Government)

Known info: Father of Kino Jr. The “leader” can be known as “prime minister”.

UCEF (Universal Control and Experimental Facility)
Controlled the RP universe so that it does not become a wild goose chase, conducts various dangerous or unique experiments (these experiments are sent to Kino) and some outcomes are stored in the HISTORY or the UNIVERSAL ENCYCLOPEDIA. All their unofficial works are top-secret.

UROOP (Universal Regulation Obedience and Orientation Police)
These members create regulations and make sure people are following them. They are the police officers, and can put RP characters in jail (for not following the RP rules - they are allowed to go into war).
