I am making a Trailer for one of my Scratch games that and the trailer will be uploaded on Youtube. However, certain characters that Scratch owns like Scratch Cat, Pico, and stuff like that are in the game that my trailer is for. So I am going to credit Scratch Team in the trailer's description. Would that be fine? Is there a specific way I would have to give them the credit? Or would the trailer not be allowed at all if Scratch Cat was in it?

I think scratch cat is copyrighted so you can't use it but I'm like 65% sure

However, Scratch Cat is trademarked, not copyrighted.

ye i just remember so you can't monetize it, but you can use it
