In short: NO

More in details: Horror games are techinically allowed, if you remove the horror. For example, a game with a jumpscare is no OK, but a game thats halloween themed and has characters saying “boo” is OK

I dont think theres a specific list, but you a rule of thumb would be “would an overportective parent feel comfortable with showing this to their 3 (maybe 5 or 7, idk) year old”

as long as it not bloody/gory/scary. Make it as if it were intended for ST members (who could easily ban you) to play.

Since Scratch is for people 8-16 (I think) then before you share a project think “Is this ok for an 8 year old?”

its okay, but to be sfe add a content waring saying that its scary and contains these things (blood,death etc) and may disturb somme people to avoid bans and reports. also don't make somthing like the last of us. that is terrifying to me and im 11 (12 come 1/25/24 at 1:35:0.0

Nope. Content warnings do not change the Scratch Team's mind when reviewing a project. (unless it's something like an epilepsy warning for flashing lights)

If you want to make one, I would recommend psychological horror as it has no jumpscares, just unnerving feelings

You can create maybe slightly scary things, but not super sensitive topics, and you probably should mark it NFE so people know that your project is not for everyone, which will avoid reports.
