This would be super useful to have so Scratchers can find if their comment unintentionally has a bad word. Maybe under the Community at the bottom of the page? It could look a little like this:

I don't know, I'm just tired of my comments being flagged for bad words that I can't find. And I have a hunch a lot of others feel the same.

Y'know, That's a good point. maybe having A list of LESSER KNOWN ones, like Frick but with a P instead of an F (yes that is a banned word I've found)

Same issue could apply-lesser known inappropriate words for people to learn.

The filter blocks so many words, phrases, and character combinations that having such a list would be extremely long, thus unwieldy to use.

now when I see it that way, I can understand the reason why It doesn't exist.

Not knowing what will get filtered is bad, but knowing it would be worse.

I think this would be fine, personally. When you make an acc, you are required to give your age, and the ST could make it so anyone under 10 years old can't see it, so that people who don't already know the words don't see them. (I'm 10 years old and personally I wouldn't mind seeing inappropriate stuff, and pretty much all of the other 10 year olds I know feel the same.) And before you see the list, then there could be a warning telling you that it includes “inappropriate” stuff, so that if you are sensitive to those things then you know not to go there.

Not all ten-year-olds know inappropriate terms. When I was ten, I didn't.

Not all 10 year olds are fine with inappropriate words just as not all 14 year olds are fine with inappropriate words. I am 10 and all the people my age that I have met swear, and some 9 year olds I know swear- those are “inappropriate words”. We learn about the type of inappropriate things that revolve around, uh, the making of babies in school as well. So I'm not saying everyone would be fine with it, but most will, and besides there would be a warning. And if little Timmy lied about his age and skipped the warning, it's his fault. This is the internet, after all, and nothing we do could ever completely stop “inappropriate words” from being said.
