I use they/he pronouns, and I get along with everyone, even people who I don't get along with, if that makes sense. I log onto scratch a lot, like every single frickin day. lol. I like to use tone indicators and emojis to show people my true intent behind what I'm saying, especially because I also have trouble when people dont use tone indicators or emojis. I have (undiagnosed) ADHD, autism, and PTSD, and (diagnosed) anxiety and depression. I love helping people because it makes me happy to make other people happy.

Hi, I would like to be a manager if you are still looking for some. You can call me my username or rust and I use she it pronouns! I am on scratch normally multiple times a day! I would love to help this studio cause it's one of my favorites if not favorite. I can easily deal with emotions getting out of hand or anything like that as well. I am pretty sure that I have ocd, multiple variants of synesthesia, and anxiety. I am very open minded but you could probably guess that given I'm lesbian and girlflux. Things I look for when promoting new managers:

• Someone who's specifically said they would like to be a manager

• Someone who's commented in the studio at least once in the last week

• Someone who has experience related to neurodiversity (eg. is ND themselves, makes ND-related content, has neurodiversity as an interest of theirs)

• Someone who is respectful, inclusive and doesn't hold any really strong/controversial views about neurodiversity or spread misinformation

• Someone who seems trustworthy, responsible, and would represent the studio well

I am currently obsessed with learning about Neurodivercity, (I think that's how I spell it) and I love learning new conditions and ways things affect people. I think I may have a few conditions, such as SAD, but I can't get a diagnosis. I hang out in the studio a lot, its basically my safe space. I log on to Scratch every other day. When ever I have the chance, I come to ND Voices. I am very inclusive and would love to reconnect with Scratch after my hiatus.

I would love to be a manager! My cousin/best friend has Autism and my mom and other cousins have ADHD. I love learning about Neurodiversity and helping people understand it. Because I have siblings, I'm pretty good at figuring things out and solving problems!
