I think it's the last word in the line "actually that's a [url=(some random link to Wikipedia)] …"AFAIK just means as far as i know, and is not censored as you are reading it now

Maybe because it leads the user offsite to a maybe loosely moderated site?

I'm gonna test it on the forums, profile, and project description (someone else reported a filter issue and only the forums blocked it)

I think this is because you linked to Wikipedia? From experience, Wikipedia has given me false and true information. Maybe because anyone can change anything about Wikipedia means that there could be some inappropriate stuff on there.

It's the part after the language, english, that causes it.
