I spent all my waking hours for 4 days working on this project.

It's based off a ROBLOX game called DOORS and it basically just randomly generates a bunch of rooms. It technically isn't finished yet, but you can get up to door 100 without any problems. No collision has been added yet.

I showed this game to a few of my friends and for some reason they think it's “bad but really addictive” and I don't know how to improve.

Does anyone have any ideas? I'm kind of stuck. If any are added, credit will be added.

(As in ideas, I mean gameplay wise. The game is very unpolished as is right now, because a lot of initial ideas and touch-ups have been halted due to scratch's limitations)

It doesn't mention this in the instructions of the project, but I take it that this isn't a mobile game? If it's not, then I unfortunately will be unable to help here.

Maybe make it scroll? I think it would make it easier to make it mazelike and you could add some entity things- maybe one could be batlike but really sharp or something ? also you need wasd for it silverus so its not mobileable (if that's a word)

Ah, that's unfortunate.

However, I can see from the project that the graphics aren't great, so perhaps you should find an artist who can help with your project. There are plenty of them around, but you have to be willing to look.
