Make it toggleable in the edit menu along with turbo mode
It doesn’t actually have a new feature, it’s just a slightly modified size block

new blocks:

set z to ()::motion
change z by ()::motion
(Z position::motion)

These would just be size blocks but with an independently controlled value and mirrored percents
