I think it would be nice to play scratch games on the phone, but without the very unfrendly to phones website. so I made a app. (Note MADE). it will only show projects that work with phones. (I will find Projects, even if it takes hours per a day). What would Scratchers want out of this app? (Note I put this post in Suggestions to ask the Scratch Team if they would like to keep it?) I would like to make the app better. and I would like the Scratch Team to take the app. (Say “TurbMobile ” so I know you read the post)

Creating a mobile-friendly app for Scratch is a great idea, however, there is some ambiguity.
First off, Scratch would have to decipher what is and isn't mobile-friendly. If this isn't sorted, games that are not mobile-friendly will be added to the app. Second, the coding interface would have to be changed as well. There could be a search bar for a block you want to use, and they would have to modify the backdrop and costume editors as well.
Unfortunately, the ST has not made very many mobile-friendly features to their project and coding interface. I experience it a lot when I work on projects with my phone. However, a mobile-friendly Scratch app is not out of the question.

I'm going to make a studio, that's like SDS, and have people request in comments. But the scratch team probably will make their own app if they approve

I have a suggestion then for the app. The backdrop and costume editor should fit the whole screen because it would be hard to edit your work and a lot of accidents would occur like modifying something you wanted to keep. I can barely edit on my phone, and it is aggravating. The toolbar can be a separate menu.

That should also be on the desktop version for the reason that scrolling for blocks is annoying
