My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 119.0.0.0, No Flash version detected
Scratch keeps logging me out and I can't get back in for a long time.

It is a glitch with the servers , when the servers go down you probably will get logged out

Do you use Scratch on multiple devices? Scratch only allows you to be logged in on one device at a time. If you log into your account on another device, it will log you out on whatever device you were on previously.

Happens all the time with me. It could be because of several reasons such as servers being down, rejecting or removing cookies, device/browser, entering wrong creditals, etc. More specificly, there can also be some errors that do this that you rarely face but also keep you logged out, such as having a blocked IP address. Most likely though, it is either the servers, your device/browser or rejecting/removing cookies.

oh i did not know i use win 10 at school and win 11 at home

My friend logged in as a scratch site admin and has banned multiple scratcher. He was suffering from mental anguish which seems to be the genesis of this. Please help him and don't blame him.
