This is incorrect. JavaScript is a set of rules and standards for compilers to be made. For the reason, it will not be deprecated as long as someone wants it.
Second, Scratch 3.0 came out, not due to Adobe Flash’s depreciation, rather, to take advantage of newer, more stable web technology, as did 2.x for Flash.

Yes, and that would be practically everybody. Also, JavaScript is practically eternal. For the past 20 years of web development, JavaScript's relevance has been a literal cycle:

1. people make tools to move away from JS
2. JavaScript (TC39) adds some or all features from that tool
3. people go back to using JavaScript :D

I honestly do not know how any of that works, I just hear it and it sounds right.
But I never said anything about Flash or why 3.0 came out.

4.0 is too much, 3 isn’t done yt
