Things I look for when promoting new managers:

My name is Jonas. I’ve been a curator of the ND studio for a while now, and now I’d like to try to apply for manager

I’m autistic and have auditory processing disorder. I also find neurodiversity interesting and I like learning new things about it.
I’m also a manager for another studio, a transmasculine focused one.
I’m pretty active on scratch, especially the ND studio: I check the comments every day.

So, I would like to become a manager of the studio, and I think I fit the criteria well. I am autistic, and I have had neurodivergence as a special interest of mine for 6 months or so now. The neuro squiggles studio helped me learn more about not only my neurotype, but other neurotypes as well. Now I am fairly active in the studio, as I respond to many QOTDs, and I am currently working on a project to put in the studio. In the criteria, it states that you are looking for people with good communication skills. Online, where I can think about every word I write, my point almost always comes across well in an understandable way.

I am neurodivergent and I have diagnosed depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia. I try my best to be active on the studio and log in and check on it at least once a day. I have a skill for solving arguments and and I could help with that! In conclusion, I would really love to be a manager!

I would love to be manager if you ever are in need of one :]

I'm pretty active, even if I'm a bit too shy to comment some of the time
I'm neurodivergent (diagnosed anxiety , undiagnosed OCD, heavily suspected autism, and considering that I may have ADHD), and I love researching neurodivergence.
I'm open to new identities, information, and viewpoints, so I consider myself a fairly inclusive person. I also don't hold any views that may be considered controversial to my knowledge.
I also think I would be able to handle conflict, and would be able to do any manager responsibilities, and have followed all the rules up to this point. I also am fairly knowledgeable about neurodivergence, so I can answer questions. I also do not respond to people deliberately causing harm, people knowingly spreading misinformation, and/or trolls.
Some extra information in case it is relevant; I am between 15-19 years old, I live in PST time zone, I have been in the studio for a few months, I use any pronouns, and go by the names Lee, Tal, and Tee. Also I love art, listening to music, and talking about current obsessions and interests !!
